To send the shop owner an accurate call summary and book appointments.
Call recording notice
Calls answered by the AdminForge assistant on behalf of a business are recorded and transcribed so the business gets an accurate summary. Every call starts with a spoken notice that the call is recorded, and that notice is part of the recording. If you do not want to be recorded, you can hang up and contact the business another way, for example by email or text.
Who we share with
The shop you called, and service providers that run the phone and automation systems. We don't sell data.
Retention and deletion
Data is deleted within 30 days of a shop's cancellation on request.
